You enter the cottage from the Farm courtyard through the original Barn door into the Lounge/Kitchen Diner with its welcoming wood burning stove ideal for those cooler out of season evenings. To the left of the main door, the staircase leads you up to the two Bedrooms which are both en-suite. The Double Bedroom is galleried and as rural views towards Barnstaple and Bideford Bay. The whole unit benefits from under floor heating throughout, creating a warm and luxurious environment. From the rear door is a private patio with garden furniture.
