Each cottage has an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen with a wealth of beams and real character! They each have under floor heating, television, private gardens and of course stunning views of the magnificent North Devon countryside. There is ample parking.

The kitchens are fully fitted with:
• electric cooker  • washing machine
• microwave  • fridge freezer

Bathrooms have either a shower or bath alongside the WC and wash basin.

Spacious bedrooms have good sized quality beds, ample wardrobe and storage space.

Some of the lounges have wood burners to enhance the wonderful atmosphere in each cottage.

Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to visit the on-site library that is stocked with books, children's videos and toys or visit the children's outside play area.

Farm activities: meet and interact with a variety of animals on the farm including horses, donkeys, llamas, goats and pigs.

Games room: indoor play barn with pool table, table tennis and other games

Outside: in addition to a private enclosed patio with garden furniture there is use of a communal riverside picnic area and access to farm walks.
